My name is Carlos Colon. I am the Head Listing Specialist for Georgia Perimeter Homes. I have a University Real Estate Degree from UWG. I am very Plan, Marketing, and Appraisal oriented in my approach to real estate. No two houses are the same and the listing and marketing plan shouldn’t be either.
Example: For luxury secondary properties, We know that no matter where the home is located we should be targeting and marketing primarily in major downtown cities. Especially for properties close to state lines, homes should be listed Across state lines as well to make sure we’re reaching every possible Buyer that can afford and is looking for a secondary home.
We are not your “local” small-town agent. We are the exact opposite for good reason. Our team takes marketing your home to the highest level possible in a way that makes us one of the Top Teams in the southeast.
